Easy Steps to Register
1.
Choose a League:
Next Season:
Summer
League
Starts
Tuesday July 8th
5- Man League (Tuesday): 5-man
league will start July 8th
Games will be
played in the evenings at a downtown field location
8- Man League (Sundays): There
is no 8-man league in Summer. Fall 8-Man will start September
7th
5- Man League (Sunday):
There is no
Sunday night league during Summer. Fall 5-Man will start
September 14th.

Fill out registration form. You can cut and paste the below form, or you can
download the word file and email it as an attachment.
Team Registration Form. After you fill out the form,
please email it to
Jesse@portlandbasketball.com or fax it to
503-213-5926. Call (503)
493-9335 for any questions.

Choose your method of payment (and pay):
Pay either a $300 deposit or your full team fee of
$483 (5-Man) or $880 (8-Man) by one of the following methods.
Remaining balance is due at the first game.

Payment
Meeting:
Payment meeting is
held at A&L Sports Pub (60th and NE Glisan) the previous Tuesday to
the start of each season at 7:00pm. Teams can register and pay at
the meeting. Payment meeting for Spring will be Tuesday
July 1st at 7:00pm.

You can pay by
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Simply download the
Credit Card Billing Form
above and either fax it with your completed registration to (503)
213-5926 or attach the completed Word document with your completed
registration form in an email to

at one of our basketball league nights: You can pay your fee to a lead referees at any of our basketball
league nights 6 days in advance of the football start date. To see
when and where we play our basketball league games, go to
www.portlandbasketball.com and click on schedules, or you can
email us to find out what would be the best place for you to drop
off your payment.
